Gunther may have Canine Megaesophagus, but he’s happy being fed in his chair (although I’m sure he misses his parents, Bo and Angie, who are in Nivas for the week)…..

    Well done Gunther!

    And Jay! Another case of mega-e that is faced with optimism and courage.

    My cocker spaniel was diagnosed with mega-e approx. 9 months ago. I’ve been feeding him upright ever since, keeping him a good 10 minutes upstanding after the meal and everything is going great!

    For all those people having to face this problem with their dog, I’ll tell you one thing:
    Don’t quit. DON’T EVER QUIT. You can extend your dog’s life and enjoy each other’s company for many more years than you can imagine.
