Please consider this an open letter to any automated phone system. If, every single time people call you, you claim that call volume is higher than normal, then this high number of calls IS NORMAL – therefore, you should probably hire a few more people. I hear there are a few people out there looking for jobs. Thanks, I’ll now go back to holding.
